Terms
Website terms
Last updated 28 October 2026
These terms cover using the hackney.club website, building a demo and registering for free access. When you open an account, our customer terms will cover the service itself. There’s no minimum term: you can leave whenever you like.
Who we are
hackney.club is a trading name of BJ Aylward Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12686526), registered office 189–190 Shoreditch High Street, London E1 6HU. Contact us through our contact form.
Using the website
- You can use the site to see what hackney.club does, build a demo and register for free access. There’s no charge and no card needed.
- Only build a demo from links for a business you own or work for, or one that’s happy for you to try it.
- Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, scrape it or use it to send spam.
Demos
- A demo is a preview built automatically from public information about a business. It may contain mistakes, and it isn’t a live booking system: no payments are taken and no emails are sent.
- Demos are temporary and may be deleted at any time.
- Photos, logos and text in a demo belong to the business or their owners. We show them only to build the preview you asked for. If you own content in a demo and want it removed, tell us.
Free access and prices
- Registering for free access puts you on our list to open an account. It doesn’t create a contract to provide the service.
- Prices are on our pricing page and may change. We’ll show you the price that applies before you agree to anything.
- The fee calculator compares our prices with figures other platforms publish, or third-party estimates where they don’t. Those figures can change and are given for guidance only.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be error-free. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that can’t be limited by law, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Your data
Our privacy notice explains how we use personal data.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute.
