Who’s behind it

I’m Ben McCarthy. I’ve worked in the CRM business for 14 years, and it’s all I’ve ever known. I founded Salesforce Ben, an independent publication for the Salesforce community, and co-founded Lab.club, an app for London’s independent club scene.
