How your plan is set
- Whichever is higher sets your plan: your bookings or your subscribers. 400 bookings and 8,000 subscribers puts you on Established.
- We never block a booking. Go over your plan and everything keeps working.
- You only move up after two months over. We warn you after the first. If things quieten down, you move back down automatically.
- Only real bookings count. A group booking counts once, and cancelled bookings don’t count.
- Only opted-in subscribers count: people who’ve said yes to your emails.
Your money goes straight to you
Payments go into your own Stripe account. hackney.club takes 0%: no platform fee and no commission. Stripe’s standard card fees apply, paid to Stripe as they would be anywhere.

- Pay annually and get two months free.
- More than one location? Each extra location is 20% off, from the second.
- The only extras: text messages, charged at cost plus a small margin, and a small “Made with hackney.club” badge on Free sites.
Questions
What counts as a booking?
Anything a customer books or orders with you: a table, an appointment, a class place, a session, a court, a tour, a room or an order. A group booking counts once however many people come, and cancelled bookings don’t count.
What’s a marketing subscriber?
Someone who has opted in to your emails. Customers who’ve booked but haven’t said yes to marketing don’t count.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing stops. We never block a booking. If you’re over for a month, we’ll let you know. Only if you’re over for a second month do you move up a plan, and if things quieten down you move back down automatically.
Do you take a percentage of my payments?
No. Payments go straight into your own Stripe account and hackney.club takes 0%. You pay Stripe’s standard card fees, as you would anywhere.
Can I leave whenever I like?
Yes. There’s no contract. Take your customers, your website and all your data with you.
